Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct product at no additional cost.
Allergic Reactions We list all ingredients clearly on each product page. Please review ingredients carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known skin sensitivities or allergies. We are unable to issue refunds due to allergic reactions, but please contact us so we can assist you.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.
